Percussionist and pianist Candy “is a fierce player with a very dramatic approach to performance and a theatrical flair,” said Pulitzer Prize-winning composer David Lang. Candy has performed at many prestigious venues throughout the U.S. and Asia, including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Galapagos Art Space. With a deep passion for chamber music, she has performed with many world-class musicians, such as violinist Philip Setzer (Emerson String Quartet) and early music virtuoso Mark Cudek. Candy also actively commissions new works and has given numerous premiere performances, including works by Lukas Ligeti, David Kechley, and Andy Akiho.
Antonius is a pianist/composer from all over Europe. Born to a symphonic conductor and an operatic singer, he was trained in classical piano performance in Rome, Vienna, Freiburg, Amsterdam and Hamburg before moving to NYC, where he pursued music composition at Manhattan School of Music and New York University (NYU).
